Here is a new concept I have been noodling around with over the past year. I packaged it into a talk at SXSW with the title: Dear Miss Manners: WTF the Social Web. In essence, we are living through major shifts in business, culture and politics - this shifting landscape has resulted in a the need to forge new expectations on how we live together as a global community - aka a new social contract.
